About · Dawood Ali Khan
I sit between the business and the build.
I studied computer science with a focus on machine learning, and did my final-year projects in embedded systems and big data. Then I moved into the web: Laravel APIs and CMS plugins first, then leading a development team shipping client sites. Today I run discovery, make the architecture calls, and still write the code.
KADS Lab is the name I put on that work: Knowledge, Architecture, Development, Systems. It’s the order I work in. I use AI tools every day, and I review every line before it ships.

How I work
01
Find the real requirement
The request is a starting point. The problem behind it is the job.
02
Pick the simplest tool that holds
A plugin beats a platform when it solves the problem and the client can maintain it.
03
Leave it maintainable
Documented, tested and handed over, so it keeps working after launch day.
